HOW THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS:

Step 1 — Introduce the option at follow-up.
Once your patient has healed from reconstruction (typically 4–6 months post-op), let them know that areola tattooing is available as the final step. A simple verbal mention or a printed referral card goes a long way.

Step 2 — Send them our way.
Direct patients to pinkinkpmt.com or have your coordinator reach out to us directly to initiate the handoff. We handle scheduling and consultation from there.

Step 3 — We take it from here.
Natalia conducts a complimentary consultation (virtual or in-person), confirms surgical clearance, and schedules the procedure. We keep the experience smooth and professional from start to finish.

Step 4 — Feedback loop (optional)
For practices that prefer it, we're happy to send a brief completion note confirming the patient completed their session and is in the healing phase. Just let us know your preference.
